Is your site secure with my personal information?
Yes we have gone to the greatest lengths to protect our customers information. We have proccesed 100's of orders with 0 problems in this area. While you are shopping on the site you will not see the "secure lock" in the bottom right corner but once you go to "Check Out" you are sent to a secured server where you will see the "secure lock". If you still have concerns you may call us to place your order over the phone.
How do I change or cancel an order?
If you need to change or cancel an order please email us sales@makcolaserengravedgifts.com be sure to put "cancel order" in the subject line. If there is something you need to change be sure to explain that in the email. We will work with you in anyway to inhance your shopping experience.
NOTICE Once we start engraving any custom order we can not cancel or change your order.
Order processing times
Orders are downloaded, reviewed and sent to design or production as required.
Stock designs without custom engraving are normally processed within 1 business day.
Custom engraved products will take 1, 2 or even 3 business days to design and engrave.
Items that require customer approval of proofs may be delayed while waiting for your approval.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?
Yes we do offer shipping on APO/FPO orders.
Packages sent APO/FPO require additional processing and paperwork, and there is also an additional higher risk of lost or damaged packages, additional charges will apply to orders shipped other than USPS regular shipping.

Return policy
Makco Marketing, Inc understands sometimes things need to be returned. We will work with you anyway we can to resolve any problem that may occur during processing or shipping of your order. Makco Marketing, Inc will take responsibility for any errors we caused at no charge to you. All other (stock products - Not engraved or custom items) returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any freight charges due from the purchaser. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE. Please contact us at sales@makcolaserengravedgifts.com for a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#). Orders returned to us by the shipper, refused or undeliverable, will receive full credit for stock merchandise (not engraved or custom) less freight charges. No returns or refunds will be allowed on any Engraved or Custom order unless we have made an error on that order.
